In addition, they protect your skin against aging. Each line contains different ingredients that can treat and/or prevent many skin problems.
All our products are made exclusively from natural and plant-based ingredients. We carefully select only the finest, highest-quality ingredients.
Yes, all our products are completely vegan and cruelty-free. Our products are never tested on animals. This also applies to all the ingredients we use to make our products.
You only need a small amount of the cream each time. One jar will last you about a month.

After your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.
We hope you are satisfied with our products. However, if you wish to return something, you can return your order within 14 days of shipment. Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible after this period.
We will refund your money or exchange your product if the following conditions are met: Send an email to hello@mirnaskincare.com stating your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for return. The request must be submitted within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent — in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. Once the return has been approved by our customer service team, we will send you a return label to ship your order back. We charge a shipping and handling fee of €6.95. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service.
Of course, you will receive a refund when you return your product. However, a shipping and handling fee of €6.95 will be charged for returns. This amount will be automatically deducted from the refundable amount. If the products do not meet the return conditions, they will be sent back to the customer (and the shipping costs will also be at the customer’s expense). The returned products will be inspected by us upon arrival at the warehouse. If everything is in order and all conditions are met, the amount will be refunded to you within 14 days. Any costs (such as shipping and handling fees, damage, or missing parts) will be deducted from the total amount.
Delivery time is between 1–3 business days (NL & BE) For other EU countries, delivery time is up to 14 business days.
You can always email us (hello@mirnaskincare.com) with a request to modify your order. In some cases, this is still possible if the package has not yet been handed over for shipping. Feel free to send us an email — be sure to include your order number and clearly state what needs to be changed.
It is rare for an order not to be delivered. However, in some cases, this may unfortunately happen. If there are any issues (and you have received a track & trace code), you can follow your shipment using the track & trace number and, if necessary, contact DHL customer service. If you have not received your order within a week, you can contact Mirna Skincare’s customer service.

That’s why they tend to be richer and heavier in texture, making them less suitable for daytime use in combination with makeup. So, it’s not a disaster if you switch up your day and night moisturizers, but for the best results, it’s recommended to use the right cream at the right time.

We care about our products and, of course, do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can sometimes happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since February 15, 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union’s platform.
